Very Berry Smoothies!

These are very tasty and easy to make! Just make sure you have everything you need!




VERY BERRY SMOOTHIES

You will need: 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, yogurt (berry flavor works best), 1 cup ice (add 1/2 cup ice if 1 cup is not enough), 1 pinch of sugar, blender.




1. Cut the banana and place it in the blender.

2. Dump the ice into the blender.

3. Put the yogurt in over the ice.

4. Put the berries inside and add the pinch of sugar.

5. Blend well until smooth. Makes up to 5-6 servings.

I've been doing the crafts... But not the cats!

Okay, I need to do more cat things. I am doing a new, specialized, CAT TRACKER!
It will tell all about my 3 cats. Here it is now:




BORIS: Age: 7-8 mos. Favorite toy: his beanbag toy I sewed. Mischief Level: 7 (on 1-10)







SKITTLES: Age: 1 year. Favorite toy: Streamer dangle toy. Mischief level: 5 (on 1-10)








BERGIE: Age: 5 years. Favorite toy: Her stuffed mouse. Mischief level: 3 (on 1-10)

MORE MINI GARDEN!!! :)

Here is a picture of the mini garden in full bloom. The peas have died out, and the zinnias haven't grown flowers yet. :( However, the beans are ready to eat! This picture shows all the plants. (the peas are yellow)

This next picture shows the beans that grew food! I love eating fresh beans, uncooked. It sprouted several beans.

Duncan loved "Beens" as he called them. Duncan learned they were "raw beens" LOL

Pom-pom peekaboo toddler craft

Here is my latest instructional craft video!! If you want to make these, you can use any container with a LID. You can use any kind of pom-pom. If you do not have any pom-poms, you can use small jingle bells, or other items tiny enough to fit through the holes you make and is age-appropriate. Have fun!

Mini garden

I have planted a tiny garden in a single pot. I have 3 types of seeds in it; Beans, Peas, and Zinnias. DAY 1 First planted the seeds. I must water them daily if I want them to grow! DAY 2 Daily watering done. No sprouts yet. I will send a picture of my amazing garden when it's in full bloom! :)

Bizu Birthday!

Today was Anna's B-day. What did they do to celebrate? That's right! Rock music! Anna's b-day was celebrated in the auditorium, while they sang, "Can't take my claws off you". At the end, Anna and Electra threw marshmallows at the audience. It was an even bigger party than before! Watch the video below to see what happened at the party.

Toddler fun

Here are some ideas and crafts you can do with your toddler: (I got a comment on if I could do crafts for toddlers from Stephanie Repko)

1. Color of the day: Before you set out on car trip, choose a "Color of the day". As you're driving in the car, shopping at the grocery store, or visiting the doctor's office, help your toddler point to all the things he/she sees that match the color you've chosen.

2. Marker drawing: Here's a good way to get more use out of dried-up markers. You will need: dried-up markers, cup of water, paper. Let your child dip dried-up markers in water and use them like watercolor paints. When the tips turn white, you can dip the markers in paint and continue drawing, or you can throw them out.

Picto-chat

There's this thing on every DS (except the 3DS) called "Picto-chat". Audra (my cousin) and I played it this evening when she came over to visit! It's like texting, only on a DS!

Boris, Bergie, Skittles!

Did I tell about the cats? I have 3; Bergie, Skittles, and Boris.

BERGIE (Full name Bergie Brandenburg, named after my favorite classical song by Bach)


Bergie just hates the other cats; her fights never stop!

SKITTLES (aka Skitz or Witz...he's the tabby in the front)


Skittles is the cuddler. (Once I slept with him and he kneaded me with his paws and in my sleep I rolled over and felt a bite; but then he went back to the paws and purrs.)

BORIS (Full name Boris Billy Blazes Billmeier or B4)


Boris is friends with Skittles and they NEVER stop playing together! He is my first pedigreed cat...an F3 Savannah!

I love my cats! I just thought of this: Bergie + Boris + Skittles = Borgles Ha! :D

A message from a CLASSMATE!

I got a message from Josie today. She's one of my friends at school. Today she asked for my phone number. I wrote it down for her. (Do not be upset that you cannot read my number, it is for the safety of strangers) I didn't know she would, but after school, she actually CALLED me! OH MY GOSH! I didn't think she would, but now I am so impressed.

Bizu Rockstars!

Anna & Electra make great rockstars. Today everyone in the pretend audience danced to "Can't take my claws off you". They had lots of fun singing. It was a HUGE party! Here are the words:


Ohhhh.. ohhhh.. When I see you, I get full of love. It's a feeling just like a dove. Fluttering and flying, up in the air, oh I wish I were there. That's why... That's why... I can't bear to take my claws off you, oh no, I just can't. Just `cause I have other things to do, I still can't take my claws off you. Even if you don't like me, that doesn't mean I can't like you. I JUST CAN'T TAKE MY CLAWS OFF YOU!

Bizu! (bee-zoo)

Ever happen to see a bizu kit at Meijer? Well, I got one from the easter bunny! Maybe after you see how cute these things are, you'll want to buy one! There are dogs, cats, sheep, bunnies, etc. Under my circumstances, I say they're pretty easy for kids (If they can read)! I got a cat and a manx cat (a cat with a tiny tail). I named them Electra (the purple one) and Anna (the pink one). So cute!

Marshmallow house making

Today I made marshmallow houses. I discovered that they were not very hard to make. That's why I posted this video. I think that if you watch this video, you'll be making MILLIONS of these little houses the very first day! Average time it takes: 5 to 10 minutes. So easy, so fun, and so creative!


Reminder...marshmallows aren't edible anymore once there is hot glue on them!
