Very Berry Smoothies!

These are very tasty and easy to make! Just make sure you have everything you need!




VERY BERRY SMOOTHIES

You will need: 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, yogurt (berry flavor works best), 1 cup ice (add 1/2 cup ice if 1 cup is not enough), 1 pinch of sugar, blender.




1. Cut the banana and place it in the blender.

2. Dump the ice into the blender.

3. Put the yogurt in over the ice.

4. Put the berries inside and add the pinch of sugar.

5. Blend well until smooth. Makes up to 5-6 servings.

  2. I have tried these smoothies and they are good. However, the use up all of the fruit in the house.
